This time the film was almost a satire of the first release. The opening scenes showed that the writers and director were having fun with the movie. First, Schmidt and Jenko find some gangsters at a port but don't know what they're up to. Schmidt decides to go under cover as some Chicano gangsters. The problem is Jenko can't pull it off.
