CBS has had the rights to Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer since 1972. However, Freeform recently won the right to share said rights so that the Rankin/Bass classic can be part of its 25 Days of Christmas. WHEN IS RUDOLPH ON TV in 2019? WHEN IS RUDOLPH THE RED-NOSED REINDEER ON? Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer will be on CBS tonight, Monday, December 2, 2019 at 8 PM. It will also air on CBS on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at 8 PM, followed by holiday specials Frosty the Snowman and Frosty Returns. Rudolph will make his Freeform debut on Friday, December 6 at 8 PM ET/7PM CT. Retail apocalypse will be over, many chains will not survive, some will but they'll be the biggies and will probably be stuff like restaurants, department stores and electronic stores, and they likely won't be doing well because of online shopping, Gamestop will almost certainly be dead and long gone, malls will either all be closed or very empty, especially ones that were doing decent before the pandemic. Movie theaters will probably become irrelevant and fade, most will be abandoned and closed, and most movies will go to online streaming and VOD only, they will become so profitable and accessible that people will flock to the streaming services for convenience, why would you go to the theater if you can just watch it at home? And with the new VOD model movies could be so profitable that ads won't need to be shown! It's a win win situation! Gen Alpha will be able to invite friends over to watch movies and enjoy games and most everything from their own homes! The 2030s will be a very progressive decade, from retail to comfort and convenience.

Recuerdo haber visto esta película cuando salió en alquiler en VHS pero no recordaba casi nada del argumento. Por ello, al sacarla SUEVIA en DVD pues como en el caso de 'Amanecer Zulú' también decidí recuperarla. Y la verdad, no esperaba que el film me atrapara tanto como lo hizo. A lo largo de los 111 minutos que viene a durar me mantuvo pegado al sofá atrapado por la trama y sucesos que tenía lugar en 'Jaque al asesino'. Dudo mucho que ya en un segundo visionado con el misterio de la trama desvelado la película vuelva a tener ese factor de entretenimiento… salvo que seas muy fan de Lambert… pero como digo vista por primera vez estamos ante una cinta interesante y francamente entretenida. Personalmente recomiendo su visionado y más si te gusta el Ajedrez pues entonces creo la disfrutarás todavía más. El director Carl Schenkel arranca con gran acierto el film con un inicio en blanco y negro que resulta brillante y realmente tenebroso y desasosegador. Un inicio que será el germen de la futura maldad.
