Él no sabe nadar. Así que se le ocurre la idea más simple para estar de acuerdo con Larry: sacar a todos del mar, algo que los visitantes no quieren; Bob empieza a culpar, pero nada resulta, por lo que alza su mirada y se dirige al camión de helados, gritando: "Helados gratis". Todos salen del mar y acuden a comer su helado y Bob atrapa a todos ellos, envolviéndolos con una cinta de 'No Pasar' y así se dirige a su puesto, pero cuando todo estaba en orden, Patricio llega y... También quiere su helado, lo peor es que se confunde con la cinta de 'No Pasar' con 'Helados', traspasa la cinta y se va al mar, en el que tampoco sabe nadar y peor aún: es vulnerable a los calambres, causa que le da y empieza a ahogarse. La gente le dice a Bob que Patricio se ahoga, éste no quiere hacerles caso, y ya con las últimas se da cuenta, se angustia y se apresura a sacarlo de allí, aunque no sabe nadar. Hace un montón de cosas sin sentido, entre ellos el absorber toda el agua con sus poros y tragarse a Patricio; las cosas no funcionan y entonces se mete al mar con una tabla, el cual Patricio lo destroza y ahora ambos empiezan a hundirse, piden ayuda a la gente, pero ellos se retiran disimuladamente, y cuando ya no tienen esperanzas, Larry aparece, saca a los 2 del agua, le reprocha a Bob y les enseña a nadar, en una piscina para niños, a los 2 les da calambres y Patricio sigue pensando en que todavía no tiene su helado.
